These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of theviral.me (the "Service"), operated by Smritix AI LLP("we", "our", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
theviral.me is an AI-powered content creation and growth-intelligence platform for creators and businesses. Features include trend discovery, content generation, analytics, and — where you connect them — integrations with third-party social platforms. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

When you connect a social account (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube), you authorize us to access and act on data via that platform's API as described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform's own terms, and you are responsible for complying with them.
You retain ownership of the content you create or upload. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and display it solely to operate and improve the Service. AI-generated suggestions are provided "as is" to assist you — you are responsible for reviewing and for all content you publish.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal until you cancel. Fees are stated on our pricing page. Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular growth, reach, engagement, or business result. Metrics, scores, and predictions are illustrative and not a promise of performance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smritix AI LLP will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us, other users, or connected platforms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
